15000BPH Automatic Carbonated Beverage Filling Machine (DCGF40-40-12)
The series equipment is used in production of PET bottle-packing carbonated beverage such as aerated water, sprite, coca-cola, gas containing juice with the capacity from 2,000-30,000B/H
Main Feature:

2. The parts contact with product is made of quality SUS, anti-corrosive, and easy to clean.
3. By adopting high speed filling valve, the liquid level is precise and no waste. That guarantees the demand of filling technology.
4. The capping head adopts constant torque magnetic device to guarantee capping quality and impact cap.
5. This machine has a high efficient cap arranging system, perfect cap feeding and protection device.
6. Equipped with perfect clean management system to ensure the bottle clean.
7. Only by changing the star-wheel, can realize to fill the changed bottle shape.
8. The machine adopts perfect overload protective device can ensure the operator and machine safe.
9. This machine adopts adjustable frequency converter.
10. The main electric components, frequency, photoelectric switch, proximity switch, electric control valves all adopt imported components, which can ensure the quality performance.
11. The control system has many functions, such as control producing speed, cap shortage detection, bottle block automatic stop and production counting etc.
12. The electric components and pneumatic components are all introduced from world famous brand products.

Payment: 30% down payment by T/T in advance, the balance of 70% paid before shipment by T/T.
Warranty: 12 months from shipment date. During one year, we can provide parts for
free due to bad quality, but human error is not included. From the second year, parts only
collect cost price.
Shipment: Within 35 working days after receiving deposit and bottle samples or drawing.
Installation and Commissioning:
We can send engineer to help installation and debugging for the line in local of customer, also train the staff how to operate and maintenance the equipment.
The round tickets, boarding in local are done by the customer and US$100/person/day should be afforded by the customer
