2.It consists of auto bottle-feeding part, auto filling, auto cap-feeding system(inner-cap or stopper and outer-cap feeding ) and also capping part, and auto bottle-exiting, which can be made based on actual samples & capacity.
3. The whole system is controlled with PLC system & touch screen, no bottle, no filling & no cap-feeding, with highly automation.
4. With peristaltic-pump or piston-pump to do filling(depends on material), it's applied to various liquids filling like perfumes filling, syrup filling, essential oil filling, oral drinks or cosmetic filling ect.
5. It combines with mechnism, phenumatics and electrics, totally in compliance with GMP medicine production requirements, making small bottle auto production lines possible & perfect.
